Protecting our crews

Protecting our most important assets means crew safety is our main priority. Our master safety plan outlines exposures to be aware of, methods to prevent injuries and other pertinent safety information pertaining to our industry.  A site-specific plan is also provided for each project.

Safety Training

Our Safety Director provides regular safety training and keeps crews up to date with any new safety requirements. All field supervisors have OSHA 30-hour and CPR / First Aid training and all field workers have received a minimum of OSHA 10-hour training and MEWP (aerial lift) training.

We require all field crews to utilize a 100% tie-off procedure.

Tool-Box Safety Meetings

Our standard procedure includes Weekly Tool-Box Safety Meetings with daily reviews each morning to keep safety top of mind for the field team. Every worker is provided personal protective equipment (PPE).

All these tools are essential to provide crews with the knowledge and resources necessary to strive for zero accidents.
